"Completely ignore all contact"

My parents have over £400 worth of vouchers with this place. They have made a number of attempts to contact the owner by email, telephone and a letter delivered bu hand. They have been totally ignored. They are both in their 70’S and registered disabled. I wouldn’t use this place at all. We are currently seeking some legal advice..
