I took myself off to sports direct loughborough for a pair of trainers ready for my new fitness regime.After choosing a couple of different pairs I was approached by a very helpful and extremely knowledgable young lady.I was asked what sport I was thinking of doing and it soon became apparent I had chosen the wrong trainers.With her help I came away with a pair that gave me the support and comfort needed.
