A review of Greggs by Sue written on Saturday 8th of October 2022
Although Greggs mainly get it right, when they don't it is nigh on impossible to resolve the problem once the food has been delivered. There have been 2 occasions this year when they have got it wrong. The first time I called the outlet their only suggestion was to pop in and they would either provide what was ordered at no cost to myself or refund the difference. I put to them that if I could have gone to them I would have and not have to pay for the delivery charge but that once I am in work not able to leave until the shift has ended hence the delivery. My recent problem with them is that I ordered some sweet treats-a box of mince pies and 2 boxes of 2 glazed doughnuts. I never checked them when they arrived as all previous orders have been correct (apart from the above highlighted one) and there was a box of doughnuts missing. I tried several times throughout the day to call the outlet and left voicemails but no response..
