"Poor quality work"

Although at first glance it looks pretty good but, it's now been 12 months since the job was completed. I have

Complained since March 2024 about weeds growing up through the gravel areas, but so far NO RESPONSE. I have also ordered gates and fencing that has taken up to over a month to materialise there's also damage to the original fencing that mysteriously appeared. I AM therefore going to seek legal advice on these issues.
